We provide an electric sauna, top of the line recovery tools such as Normatec full body suit, theragun, chirp wheels and more. Dedicated 24/7 area contains cardio treadmills, stair stepper and free weights to ensure a complete fitness journey from start to finish.

At CFC, we pride ourselves on providing top-of-the-line equipment to ensure our clients achieve their fitness goals. Our facility is equipped with Rogue barbells, Concept2 rowers, and Rogue Echo bikes to enhance your CrossFit training experience. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyometric boxes for comprehensive functional fitness workouts, and pride ourselves in being the only fitness facility in the area with CrossFit Quarter-Finals standard 15 ft ropes. With our extensive range of equipment, CrossFit Culpeper is committed to helping you become stronger, faster, and more agile.

CrossFit Culpeper offers flexible membership options to suit your needs, the only catch is that we don’t know what your current needs are.

We are a coaching gym first and foremost, so we aren’t the cheapest option to get you strong and healthy. We coach you to use the right weights, the right form, the right intensity and guide you on nutrition and the mind. We also take BioMetric body scans every quarter so that you can physically see what has changed in your body over the course of your 3-4 months.
